December Announcement
For the last months I've been working on a few different side projects and I haven't really made any progress on Star Cleaner. This will continue for some time, I'm trying to figure out a whole different side of game dev that I had never seen before, such as somewhat advanced AI and pathfinding, which have been practically non-existent in Star Cleaner. One of these side projects is a topdown shooter which I made to figure out how the "boarding" system in Star Cleaner will look/play like. Even though I've spent so much time working on it, the pathfinding in that side project is still not good enough, same thing with the enemies' AI. Basically, I need more time. Much more time. So, you can unfortunately expect a long(er) period of silence from this project. I need time to learn all the new stuff, and I also have a lot of things that require my attention in real life. I did say in some previous devlog that the 2nd unstable version would be released this month, but I doubt that'll be made a reality. I don't know when version 0.1 or the 2nd unstable version will be released, but they will be released, sooner or later. That's all.
