Update 0.0.5: UI Overhaul
In preparation for the 0.1.0 update, which will hopefully add a world map with multiple solar systems and get rid of the instant regenerate hotkey, I've made this update to fix most of the QoL problems the game has: The need to remember a long list of hotkeys, the terrible excuse of a UI, and others. The changes are as follows:
- Added actual UI, you can finally see what the Star Cleaner ship looks like!
- Added Waypoint, Artillery Info, and Controls List buttons.
- Remade the entirety of the selling and refueling system, along with the upgrades menu - you no longer press a number, you simply click the upgrade as it's now a button.
- Fixed a crash that happened when a ship would try to detect artilleries on a non-existent solar system (caused by 0.0.3 update)
- Added quicksave hotkey to the controls list (dumb oversight - this was supposed to be a part of the 0.0.3 update)
As stated in the previous devlog, there may not be more updates until the 0.1.0 update is ready. I simply wanted to get the QoL stuff out of the way first. I also skipped the 0.0.4 update as I was planning to release the 0.1.0 immediately, but it seems to be taking more time and effort than I thought it would. Saves from the previous versions should work, nothing has changed regarding the saving system.
